I am standing here on the shores of Kome Island, humbled by the grace of God and inspired by the journey I have undertaken through Twelve21 Global’s Community Transformation Training. This training has deepened my understanding of spiritual leadership and equipped me with practical tools to uplift my congregation and community. It has opened my eyes to a new way of serving—one that goes beyond preaching and reaches into the very fabric of people’s everyday lives.
Before this training, I often felt burdened by the overwhelming challenges my community faced—poverty, lack of resources, and the uncertainty of a better future. My heart longed to do more but didn’t know where to begin. Through the knowledge and skills I’ve gained, I now see the path God has laid before me. I realize that my calling is not just to preach the Word of God but to shepherd my people in every aspect of life—spiritually, socially, and economically.
The training from Twelve21 Global has equipped me with the understanding of how to bring together spiritual guidance and practical knowledge. I’ve learned about community development, financial management, and how to improve our agricultural practices. This holistic approach has empowered me to lead by example and inspire others to embrace a new way of living. I now have the tools to guide my congregation as we seek to improve our livelihoods and strengthen our faith, knowing that true transformation requires both spiritual growth and practical action.
I am filled with hope as I see the potential for change. Our faith is growing stronger, and with it, the belief that we can build a brighter future. The church is no longer just a place of worship—it has the potential to become a center for community empowerment. My congregation is learning that Christ’s love is spiritual and practical, transforming our everyday lives.
Through this training, I now understand that spiritual growth and economic well-being can walk hand in hand. Together, we are working towards building a stronger, more resilient community where no one is left behind. I am deeply grateful for Twelve21 Global’s Community Transformation Training. This is just the beginning of God’s great things in store for Kome Island.
Reflecting on this journey, I know the best way to serve God is with integrity, compassion, and responsibility. I am committed to leading my people in a way that honors Him, and I trust that, with His guidance, we will continue to thrive in all areas of life. This transformation is not just mine—it belongs to our entire community, and I know it will impact future generations.
